How long does the whole process take?
Depending on how long it takes you to decide on your configuration of suit then we usually turn them around between 6-8 weeks but we can offer an express service and can have your suit back with you in 4 weeks in some circumstances for an extra charge. At busy times the lead time can sometimes stretch too – usually spring and summer.
Can you come to me to measure me up for a bespoke suit?
Normally, we ask that you visit us at the Creigiau Office, however, we can come to you for your consultation and fittings if you are unable to travel – be that at home, in work or at your clubhouse or another suitable venue. There is a small extra fee for his service.
How do i care for my new suit?
We recommend dry-cleaning your suit – do not machine wash it. Lint rollers work well for pet hair and and a clean, damp cloth can work wonders on small marks or blemishes. Should you need adjustments to your suit at a later date we can arrange for alterations to be made on your behalf.
Do you offer a discount for group orders?
If you are ordering several suits for events such as weddings, sports tours or choirs for example, then please speak to us.
